Refund policy

Effective 1 June 2026 — replaces all previous versions.

The 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Not feeling your LEUS? Send it back within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. Used. Washed. Sand still in the seams. We don't care — we're confident enough in what we make that we'd rather have it back than have you stuck with something you don't love.

This guarantee applies to all eligible orders shipped within Australia.

What's Eligible

  • All full-price products purchased directly from leustowels.com.au
  • Within 60 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier
  • One return per product, per order

What's Not Eligible

  • Items purchased from third-party retailers or marketplaces (please contact the original seller)
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked Final Sale at the point of purchase
  • Custom or personalised orders (e.g. embroidered ponchos)
  • International orders (Australia only)

How to Return Something

  1. Email support@leustowels.com.au within 60 days of delivery. Include your order number and a one-line note on why it's coming back (helps us improve — but not required).
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item back into any sturdy mailer. Stick the label on. Drop at any Australia Post outlet.

You don't pay for return shipping. We do.

Your Refund

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days of the item arriving back at our warehouse
  • Refunded to the original payment method (card, AfterPay, Zip, PayPal, etc.)
  • Funds usually appear within 3–10 business days depending on your bank
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our side

You'll get an email confirmation when the refund leaves our end.

Exchanges

Want a different size or print? Simplest path:

  1. Place a fresh order for the item you actually want — so we can ship it straight away
  2. Return the original under the policy above

This is faster than waiting for an exchange swap and stops popular prints selling out while your return is in transit.

Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, email support@leustowels.com.au with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions, no fee.

This sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under that law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights.
