Welcome to LEUS Towels Australia. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Geelong Medical and Health Group Pty Ltd (ABN 77 502 746 677), trading as LEUS Towels Australia. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). LEUS Towels Australia is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (together with any policies referenced herein) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

1. Access and account
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18 years of age in Australia), and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage.
To use the Services, you may be asked to provide information including your email address, billing, payment and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide it.

2. Our products
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, colours and product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device you use and your display settings.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any product offered to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
4. Prices and billing
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. All prices on our online store are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
Posted prices do not include shipping, handling or any customs or import charges, unless expressly stated.

See our Shipping Policy for full details. We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events or other events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates only. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

The Services, including all trademarks, brand assets, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by Geelong Medical and Health Group Pty Ltd, its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by Australian and international patent, copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

The Services may include optional tools provided by third parties (e.g. payment processors, shipping carriers, review platforms, analytics providers). We provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. Your use of such tools is at your own risk, subject to the terms of the relevant third-party provider.

9. Relationship with Shopify
LEUS Towels Australia is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with us. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and us, and you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims and liabilities arising from your purchases with us.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.
11. Feedback and user content

21. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You and Geelong Medical and Health Group Pty Ltd submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal Court of Australia and the courts of the State of Victoria for any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
