Order processing
Please allow 3–5 business days to process your order. You'll receive a dispatch email as soon as your order is on its way.
Store pickup

Orders can be picked up daily from 11am the day after your order, unless otherwise communicated. We'll email you when your order is ready for pickup.
Domestic shipping — Australia
Orders generally ship within 3–5 business days via Australia Post.
- Free standard shipping on AU orders over $80
- $10 flat rate under $80
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout
- Express options available at checkout
Estimated delivery (Australia Post standard):
- Metro: 3–5 business days
- Regional: 5–8 business days
- Remote: 7–14 business days
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping (including to New Zealand) is not yet available.
Liability
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact support@leustowels.com.au and we'll lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.
