Yes. It’s cut long and roomy with a deep hood, made for changing underneath in public without flashing anyone.
Which size should I get? +
Original ponchos come in Large (111cm × 85cm) and Small (85cm × 70cm). Pro ponchos are one size, 111cm × 85cm. Between sizes? Size up, the hood is roomy on purpose.
Does sand really come off? +
A good shake once you’re dry gets most of it off.
How do I care for it after a surf? +
Rinse with fresh water if you can — but it survives saltwater fine. Wash inside-out cold. Tumble low or line dry. It softens with washes.
